This Engagement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is executed by the client identified in the signature block below (“Client”) and governs the administrative actions performed by EDA under the applicable Engagement. This Agreement is governed by and subject to the EDA Terms of Service available at https://edacre.com/terms.html (the “Terms”). The incorporated Terms are the version marked adopted 2026-05-16. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.
- 1. Engagement
- Client engages EDA to perform administrative actions.
- 2. Transaction Identification
This Engagement applies only to the following commercial real estate transaction, identified by property address, legal description, and/or other transaction identifiers, as applicable:

The service fee for this Engagement is USD 950 per legal entity.
An additional per-entity service fee applies for each additional legal entity before any administrative work is performed for that entity.
Only the legal entities listed in the Entity Scope List or later added in writing are included within the scope of this Engagement.
- 4. Acceptance by EDA
This Agreement becomes binding only upon acceptance by EDA.
EDA may accept this Agreement by written confirmation, invoice, commencement of services, performance of instructed administrative actions, or other written or recorded act evidencing acceptance. No signature by EDA is required.
- 5. Authority
- The individual signing below represents that they are authorized to bind Client and to provide or approve written Instructions on Client’s behalf with respect to this Engagement.
- 6. Precedence
- If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms, the Terms control unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise for this Engagement only.
