These Additional Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Service available at https://edacre.com/terms.html solely with respect to address-related administrative actions performed by EDA and apply to each Engagement unless expressly superseded by a written EDA Agreement entered into or accepted by EDA and the applicable client.

EDA does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice; does not advise on address requirements, sufficiency, suitability, or use; and does not determine statutory, regulatory, contractual, jurisdictional, or tax nexus implications—those determinations are made by you and your authorized advisors. No statements on this page should be interpreted as guidance or advice, or as a substitute for counsel.
Address Service Boundaries
EDA does not provide addresses as a service. EDA does not provide physical office space, physical or virtual office services, co-working arrangements, occupancy rights, mail custody, mail forwarding, registered agent services, or service-of-process handling.
