These Additional Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Service available at https://edacre.com/terms.html solely with respect to document-related administrative actions performed by EDA and apply to each Engagement unless expressly superseded by a written EDA Agreement entered into or accepted by EDA and the applicable client.

- EDA does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice; does not draft transaction agreements; does not provide legal opinions; and does not determine whether any document is required, sufficient, enforceable, or compliant—those determinations are made by you and your authorized advisors. EDA does not open financial accounts, verify identity, conduct KYC/AML checks, or determine any bank or counterparty onboarding requirements; any banking or payment forms EDA completes are prepared solely as administrative reference documents based on your written instructions and supplied information. No statements on this page should be interpreted as guidance or advice, or as a substitute for counsel.
